The Intensive String Quartet Seminar schedule includes coaching and group rehearsals 8+ hours daily, 7 days a week. Two weeks of intensive training with world-renowned master musicians. The intensive is part of the annual Vocal Arts and Music Festival presented by the Center for the Arts at Virginia Tech.

Pre-formed groups preferred, but individuals seeking ensemble experience may also apply and will be fitted with an ensemble whenever possible. Space is limited.

Intensive String Quartet Seminar Fee 

 $1,000 per person with housing and breakfast daily
 or
 $300 per person without housing or breakfast

Deadlines

January 15   Application Deadline (deadline to apply)
March 1     Registration Deadline (deadline to accept, half of the seminar fee is due )
April 15      Fee Deadline (second half of the seminar fee is due)
